Our Story

  • After years as a reverse mortgage loan officer, I saw the same problem over and over again: loans stalled or died because borrowers couldn’t complete required repairs. There was no fast or convenient solution to help seniors get repairs done without paying upfront — and loan officers were stuck scrambling to find contractors willing to invoice payment through closing to salvage deals.
