Service Scope

Payments

Invoices are issued for completed coordination services and are typically paid at loan closing or per agreed terms. Clear To Close Repairs does not provide lending, escrow, or trust services.

Limitation of Liability

CTCR is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party contractors, property access limitations, underwriting changes, or loan outcomes beyond our control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
